First Computer Suggestion Before Even Looking at Her Computer

Make this computer the backup. It’s like when I had dialup internet access and my wife and I were considering cable internet. After deciding yes my productivity increased by at least 30%. Imagine for example paying someone by the hour and you have to pay your employee 30% more because he/she has to wait for programs and web pages to load. This is one reason why I see my in-home Oahu and mainland U.S.A. remote computer clients every four months to optimize their computers and keep them fast.

My Third Computer Suggestion After Upgrading Her Computer to Windows 10

Install a light, fast, secure operating system called Lubuntu alongside Windows 10 as a dual boot. Lubuntu is a Linux based computer operating system with a menu similar to Windows but without the garbage along the side as a leftover from Windows 8. You know, when Microsoft asked us if we wanted to keep the program menu, we said yes, so naturally they removed it and gave us tiles.

Even as a computer expert who speeds up Windows PCs and Apple computers on a regular basis, there was very little I could do to speed up this old computer with a 1.4ghz processor. Lubuntu is lightning fast on old computers.
