A business woman in Honolulu called and asked me to upgrade her old computer from Windows 7 to Windows 10. It had four gigabytes of RAM which I recommend as the minimum for Windows 10, but it only had a 1.4 gigahertz processor. That’s less than half the speed of processors of today’s laptop computers. Here’s what I suggested….
